I am searching for the parents of a Pierce Owen who married an Anne williams from llanaelhaearn at Capelcurig- 18:11:1744 : they had 6 children all surnamed Owen . He remarried a Jane hughes from Clynnog 15:7:1767 and had richard, Thomas, Jane, Richard Robert and Hugh all surnamed Pierce I have been at a dead end for months . Can anyone help? i am positive that patronymic surnaming is still in use with Pierce Owen because all the other descendants down to the presend day are Pierce surname
