Mother Ina Kathleen Rosetta Williams, father unknown. I've been looking for information on David and have found an old family photo of him when he was two years old. The photo is dated 6th July 1942 which means David was born in the last quarter of 1939 or the first half of 1940. He is believed to have been born in London. His mother lived in Moundfield Road in Hackney London UK in 1939.
