Elmira Kennedy listed as father of William Kennedy. William was born Mar.11, 1809 in Ireland or England, died in Ontario Canada on Mar.11,1892. Married Martha Anne Singer in Dunnville, Ont. about 1829. Searching for Williams parents and siblings. Would appreciate any help locating Williams parents and siblings. Is Elmira his father?

I don't have an answer for your question but find it strange that your Elmira is a man. Many of the women on my grandmothers side, who hailed from Scilly Isles, were called Elmira, one of which was an Elmira Kennedy. Its generally a ladies name.
