Searching for the right ELIZABETH CROCKETT. Marriage record is dated 1829. All children OF WILLIAM and ELIZABETH were born before the recorded marriage. Davy Crockett's widow Elizabeth was also moving from TN to TX at this time. Further confusion in that TN marriage records show that THEDFORDS married other THEDFORDS in small settlements - probably cousins.
The confusion seems to come from the 3 WILLIAM THEDFORDS and several ELIZABETH CROCKETTS.
