My interests are in my families genealogy/surnames. Please check out my family forum website. The surnames that I am researching are Pirog (Poland/Russia) from Tomaszow Lubelski, Lublin area. Trepke, Papke, Kochnuk (from Minsk, Russia), Sidorek?, Derbowicz? not sure about the spelling on these two names, and Pirok (which is what our name was changed to when my great grandfather immi. to the United States through Ellis Island on the SS. Neckar, from Bremen, Germany in 1913.
