Who are the parents of Robert Patterson who married Elizabeth King?

Robert Patterson born 1720-1730, married Elizabeth King in Augusta county, Virginia. They moved to east Tennessee on the north branch of the Holston river. Do not know if Robert came with parents or by himself; don't know if he went to Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Virginia. Robert's known children were William, Robert, Catherine, Elizabeth, & Ann.

He married 1st Rachel Durham August 18, 1856 in Williamsburg, Whitley county, Kentucky. She was born September 1836 in Kentucky and died 1863 in Williamsburg, Whitley county, Kentucky. He married 2nd Jane Wilson January 7, 1864 in Kentucky. She was born 1837 in Overton, Tennessee and died in unknown. He married 3rd Jane Bunch January 12, 1871 in unknown. She was born 1837 in unknown and died unknown in unknown.

Looking for Thomas Davis b:1760 of N.C.

NEED GENELOGY INFO ON HIS WIFE, CHILDREN, AND PARENTS.

Thomas Davis b:1760 in Fauquier county, Va. d: probably after 1842 in TN.
Applied for pension 11 Janurary 1833; Haywood county, N.C. aged 72 years old.
Pension # S1756

He volunteered and served under Capt. Coffin and Major Rowan, marched to Camden S.C. and then 96; was then placed under command of General Sumpter. was marched to Kings Mountain before the battle of that place. He was marched to South Carolina to Fish Dam Ford on Broad river and from there was in the battle of Blackstocks on Tiger river, where General Thomas Sumpter was wounded. Some time after that battle he was discharged as his term of service was expired.

In August 1781 he volunteered and served a second time under Capt. Alexander Gordon and was placed in a regiment commanded by Col. Francis Malvede, (a French officer) in the brigade of General Nathaniel Greene, Col. William Washington, & General Harry Lee, in the battle of Eutaw Springs. "We then took british prisoners to Bells Branch near Salisbury N.C. guarded them and I was then discharged November 1781".

William Davis(?brother) and Solomon Ray of Haywood county, N.C. testified that they knew him, and that he had fought in the Revolutionary war.

He lived in Wilks county, N.C., when he served in the Revolutionary war; after the war he moved from Wilks to Buncombe county, N.C. & lived there about ten years, then lived in Haywood county, N.C. where he filed for his pension in 1833. from there he immigrated to Morgan county, TN. where his family relations lived & requested that his pension be transferred from N.C. to TN.
(In his depostion for Mary (Davis)Duncan (?sister) applying for Benjamin Duncan's pension, it was indicated that he resided in Anderson county, TN.).

I am researching Thomas Davis who stated in his Rev war pension file he was born in Fauquier county, VA. & was living in Wlikes county, N.C. when he volunteered for service. I strongly believe he is the brother of Mary (Davis) Duncan who married Benjamin<

Duncan. Mary Duncan lived in Anderson county, Tn. Thomas Davis lived in Haywood county, N.C. He requested that his pension be transferred from N.C. to Morgan county, TN. Any help would be appreciated.
