Cairnes Hallett Saunders Casey Family History in NSW, Victoria and Queensland, Australia

Bio

I am a 5th gen Australian of mainly Irish descent. I am interested in the social history of the 1st gen migrants to Australia, and the lives they led, through Gold Rush days, to more sedate times. I am a visual artist with community development skills.
Cairnes Hallett Saunders Casey Family History in NSW, Victoria and Queensland are my main spheres of interest and would be very happy to receive any information about WB Cairnes, his wife Elizabeth Matthews, their 17!! offspring,who lived in Castlemaine, Echuca, and Yarrawonga. Also my grandmother Elsie Maude Hallett and her family who farmed an area called The Almonds, Boweya North in Victoria.I am particularly looking for photos of Elizabeth Cairnes ( Matthews) who died aged 67 in Yarrawonga in 1909.
