My WIMER ancestors

My maternal grandmother was Edna Hazel (WIMER)Brisbin. She was born to James Ellsworth WIMER & Harriet Elizabeth THOMPSON. I've been able to trace my WIMER line only back as far as Issac and Ann ? his birth in 1817 in Pine, Mercer, PA. If anyone is researching this line and has further information, I would appreciate hearing from you.

BRISBIN, BRISBON, BRISBANE

I've done some extensive research into my mother's family of Brisbin. Am always looking for those interested in our line. Rumor has it, we are all related. We hail from Scotland but going back far enough, it's said we originally went out of France to Scotland. A lot of my ancestors lived for generations in Canada. After coming to the the USA, settled in NY, PA, MI, IA, CO and CA.
My mother was Ruby Mae (Brisbin) Dusek. My Grandfather was Ray Arthur Brisbin. His father was Daniel L. Brisbin,...and so on. If anyone thinks they could be related to this line, please feel free to contact me. If you have any questions, I will see if I can answer them for you.

Looking for DUSEK-SMITH of Northern California

I have found all information on Albert H. Dusek, (grgrandfather) Albert Harry Dusek, (grandfather) and Albert Howard Dusek, (father).
HOWEVER, the first Albert (my great grandfather) seems to be missing a wife. She died between 1897 and 1900. In the 1900 census, Albert is listed as a widower. Looking at the death records of their sons, she is listed as C.SMITH. We have looked in cemeteries in the area where the sons were born. No C. DUSEK or SMITH. We even looked in surrounding towns. The only thing we can think of is, she is in one of the dozen or so "unmarked" graves.
