Iam looking for Morrisons ,early settlers in tasmainia
William and Elizabeth Morrison arrived in Hobart in 1847.They brought 3 children with them and had possibly another 3 in hobart.Mary ann James and Richard. Are you a desendant of these Morrisom from Ireland?

MARCELLA SMITH born in Dublin about 1846 father JAMES SMITH mother MARY HAUGHTON. Brother WILLIAM DUBLIN SMITH. Came to NZ seperatly MARCELLA in 1863on the 'Annie Dymes'.She married JOHN MORRISON also of Dublin He went to Tasmainia with his parents and 2 siblings in1847. Thanks Poodle
Morrison's of Down Ireland
I am looking for imfo. on William Morrison born 1808 in Kilmore Down Ireland. He was a soldier ,and went to Tasmania in 1847 to help guard prisoners. along with his family and 12 other soldiers.
His wife was Elizabeth Haughton,one of the 3 children to travel with him was John. they had Mary, Richard, and James in Aust.
Can anybody find hime or the children in Tasmania please.
