Particularly looking in the Rutland, Leicester, Leicestershire area. Most of all I am trying to find the Half Sister I have never met. She was born in the Leicester, Ilston on the Hill area in 1952 and given the name of Jennifer. Shortly after, she was fostered, adopted out and although I do have her original birth certificate this is all I have of her.
