We have a Margaret WEDDERBURN b. 1st April 1772 in INCTURE, Perthshire who married a George NICOL on 20th October 1798 in Meigle, Perthshire. It has been difficult to ascertain who our Margaret's PARENTS were because there's more one girl with this name.<

Our Margaret Wedderburn died 10th December 1857 - 17 London St, Edinburgh

George NICOL b. 15th July 1746 was the son of George NICOL(2) & Barbara OGILVIE b. 1750 Kilspindle, Perthshire. Again his father was also George - it's complicated!

There is a son named George NICOL b. 12th August 1805 who became known as George Wedderburn NICOL to help identification. He's my G.Grandfather!
Any assistance with identifying these WEDDERBURN/ NICOL families would be greatly appreciated.

Am seeking the parents of Barbara Ogilvie/Ogilvy b. 1750 Kilspindle.
Am not sure if it is in Angus.
Barbara married George NICOL about 1772.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
