I am related to Sir Francis Drake by my fathers side of the family...Contrary to popular beief, SFD was an adulterer. He spent the evening with a Florida woman and left his leather vest at her dwelling; as well as getting her pregnant. The vest still remains in our family. I just got this lovely tattoo of the Royal Coat of arms given to SFD by Queen Elizabeth.
