I don't know much about my family but I want to I am from Oconee SC my family was from Anderson, Starr, Belton, Iva area of SC. My father is Samuel Douglas Clinkscales, Grandfather was Samuel Roger Clinkscales, and great grandfather was Samuel Wharton Clinkscales, Great great grandfather was William Abner Clinkscales, and Great great great great grandfather was Major Abnor Clinkscales. The root of them all was Adam Clinkscales around 1720 from Glasglow Scotland.

I have a little other information but I met my grandfather when I was 15 and he died the day my son was born and that was Feb 6 1993. They past in life within 30 min. of each other.
