I am looking for information about Arthur Martin Waisman maybe born in Romania July 12, 1887, died Oct 19, 1962 in Wimborne, Alberta, Canada. Info I have is that he emigrated from Romania? to South Dakota in 1890. He moved to Ontario, Canada in 1917 and married Eleanor Kloske(Jun13, 1900 - Apr 17, 1948) in 1917 in Windsor, Ontario. They had one son in Ontario and moved to Blue Ridge, Alberta area They had 4 more sons- Alex, Malcolm, Allan, Dennis and one daughter Lorraine. They then moved to Wimborne, Alberta where they farmed until Art died in a vehicle accident in 1962. Lorraine is my wife`s(Sandra Bunce) mother and she had heard that Waisman may have been changed from Wolonko at one time. I did find that an Arthur Wolonko had married Eleanor Kloske in Essex county in Ontario in 1917 but am still checking.
