In searching for the link to my Boone heritage, my hope was to be linked to the great pioneer, Daniel Boone. I love history, and as a young child the classic film which aired weekly of the Pioneer who wore the coon hat and lived in the wilderness of Kentucky with his family, was an all time favorite television show our family never missed. Of course it was great watching about the great pioneer on television who shared the same last name as mine, but it was much more interesting learning about Daniel Boone in my history book. I often wondered if our Boone ancestry was linked to this great pioneer.

I'm once again trying to put together my Boone family history. In 2007 I had gathered well over two hundred ancestors in my family tree on Ancestry; however,life changes forbid me to continue and I could no longer find my family tree or the research I worked so hard collect. I know that Daniel Books the great pioneer is my ancestor uncle. I will start from scratch, but any information from would be Great!!!!
