I'm looking for Elizabeth Hensley born between 1766-75 in Stafford Co., VA. Her parents are unknown. She married Jesse Gough in Fauquier Co., VA in 1799. Samuel Hensley was the bondsman.

There was a Dulley Hensley who married Jesse Gough's brother, Bailey Gough. The bondsman for Dulley was Enoch Hensley. Since Enoch didn't die until 1805 and since Elizabeth and Dulley were married fairly close to the same time, I don't think Elizabeth and Dulley were sisters as some suggest. I would expect Enoch to be the bondsman for Elizabeth as well if he was. I think they were cousins. Samuel Hensley may have been her father or older brother. I just don't know and could really use some help.

Jesse Gough's parents were Francis Gough and Verlinda Peck, daughter of Robert peck and Verlinda Wright.
