Nancy Ann Elizabeth Savery Taylor is my great great grandmother. She died in or about 1897 in Clay County, Arkansas. Supposedly in or near the town of Knobel. She was married to Levi Taylor who returned to Vermont after her death and he is buried up there. Savery is Nancy's maiden name.

I am trying to find any information that I can on her. She apparently moved to the area about two years before she died so the story goes. Possibly gave birth to a child named Dwight who died around the time she died or within two years of her death. Other children include - Clarence Taylor, Susie Taylor, Edith Taylor, Ella Taylor, Theresa Taylor, Harry Taylor.

Also, as a part of the story, a woman named Lavida or Lavada (Skaggs) Holman took care of her until she passed. It is uncertain as to whether or not Lavada was married at the time she cared for my g-g-grandmother or if she was still single and going by the last name of Skaggs. I feel a part of finding information about my g-g-grandmother almost might be linking with someone who has information on Lavada and knows the story or is familiar with the story.
